Retention roadmap — the system that recovers margin from order 2 onwards. Loyalty mechanics, mid-cycle touchpoints, and milestone triggers mapped to your specific product cycle.
Acquisition clarity — where to spend, what to test, and how to structure your first purchase experience so paid traffic actually converts.
Prioritised action plan — not a slide deck. A sequenced list of what to do first, second, and third — with owners, timelines, and dependencies.
